PRINCIPLES OF INTERACTIVE DESIGNS:

STAGES AND PRINCIPLES OF INTERACTIVE PROJECT DESIGN:
1. The client fills in «Order Brief», which describes the client's company specialization, principles of its work, project formulation, the client's wishes, preferable budget, etc. Brief order in Word file will be sent to the client upon request.
2. The managers of the studio determine the volume of work, stages, turnaround time, website costs depending on the client's goals including graphics and programming based on the materials provided;
3. Achievement of agreement;
4. Preliminary payment before the start of the project - 30%;
First stage:
5. The client provides all the materials needed;
6. Project analysis of the scope of activity of the client's company and its goals;
7. Search for competing companies and analysis of their activities and websites;
8. Indication of the determinative characteristics and associations, problem definition;
9. Collection of the additional materials (photos, graphics etc.);
10. Design of informational structure and scenario; Concept approval.
11. Versions of the graphical concept design (3-6 versions). Concept approval;
12. Versions of the graphical concept of interface and its animation design (2-4 versions). Concept approval;
13. Versions of an animated concept, scenario-based storyboard (2-4 versions). Concept approval;
14. Animation, addition of sound and music effects and HTML-template makeup. Concept approval;
15. Payment - 40%;
Second stage:
16. Design and programming of the Content Management System (if any);
17. Filling of the Content pages and database of the website (if any);
18. Launching, usability testing, interactive server setup. Concept approval. Recording to CD / DVD (if necessary, including design of the package and disc surface).
19. The payment of the rest sum of money - 30%.
Third stage:
20. The passing to the client all the passwords to enter the Control Management System, initial files, in all formats needed as discussed beforehand: vector - Adobe illustrator (.ai), Corel Draw (.cdr); raster - Adobe Photoshop (.psd), others - .html,.gif, .jpeg, .png, .pdf and so on.
Files are sent via email or an FTP-server of the client or the studio.
It is also possible to send CD / DVD with all the files recorded in it.
21. Delegating all copyrights from the studio to the client (AZgraphic studio reserves the rights to demonstrate all the designs in its portfolio or in exhibitions and also to use any rejected concepts for its further designs).

PROJECT DELIVERABLES: (THINGS YOU ARE PAYING FOR)
1. Website informational structure design (graphical scheme of hierarchy and pages correlation);
2. Creation of the principle (concept) of the website main page design based on the existing or simultaneously created Corporate Identity. (I3-6 page versions, detailed technological development of the elements to be arranged on the pages: navigation bar, arrangement of images, usability-oriented copy;
3. Versions of animated concept design, scenario-based storyboard (2-4 versions);
4. Animation, addition of sound and music effects;
5. Product catalog or portfolio concept. (Hierarchy and informational structure performance principle and its design);
6. Illustration design for the pages;
7. Preparation of the subsidiary graphics to be placed on each page (photos, pictograms, etc.);
8. Preparation of the photos for products catalog or portfolio (retouch, graphical design signing of the name, size optimization, etc.);
Programming:
9. makeup: creation of HTML templates of the Main and Content pages;
10. makeup of the rest static Content-pages of interactive project (Product catalogue, Order cart, etc.);
11. Active pages and Content Management System design providing the ability to edit the active pages;
12. Searching for hosting platform and its setup;
13. Website installation, its configuration, testing and launching.
