They were prompt and professional, understood our project (we wrote a design briefing for them), and with the right amount of back and forth, our new graphics turned out perfectly. I think the key to accelerating the project was I was able to tweak the graphics on my computer closer to what I wanted, so that eliminated time trying to explain it in words. So, by doing this, we pretty much eliminated the disadvantage from working with someone on the other side of the planet, where we could not explain our needs live. I definitelty love new look.
