PRINCIPLES OF LOGO, SIGN AND CORPORATE IDENTITY DESIGNS:
1. precise representation of the company activity;
2. multiple icon interpretation within the bounds of the current theme;
3. originality of the company symbolism;
4. readability and clarity of perception;
5. bright stylistic expression;
STAGES AND PROCESS OF LOGO AND SIGN DESIGN:
1. The client fills in «Order Brief», which describes the client's company
specialization, principles of its work, project formulation, the client's wishes, preferable
budget, etc. Brief order in Word file will be sent to the client upon request.
2. The managers of the studio determine the volume of work, stages, turnaround time, project
costs;
3. Achievement of agreement;
4. Preliminary payment before the start of the project - 30%;
5. Client provides all the materials needed;
6. Analysis of the client's company scope of activity and its goals;
7. Search for competing companies and analysis of their activities;
8. Indication of the determinative characteristics and associations, problem definition;
9. Collection of the additional materials (photos, graphics etc.);
10. Logo and sign design concepts (3-6 concepts, unlimited revisions within one concept);
11. Logo and Sign approval;
12. The payment of the rest sum of money for the project - 70%;
13. Delivery of all finished files to the client in formats required (to be fixed beforehand):
vector - Abode illustrator (.ai), Corel Draw (.cdr); bitmap - Adobe Photoshop (.psd); others
- gif, jpeg, png, pdf, eps etc.
Files are sent via email or an FTP-server of the client or the studio.
It is also possible to send a CD / DVD with all the files on it.
14. Delegating all copyrights from the studio to the client (AZgraphic studio reserves the
rights to demonstrate all the designs in its portfolio or in exhibitions and also to use any
rejected concepts for its further designs).
